On evening of November 28, a grand ceremony was held in Hong Kong for the listing of Sinotruk (Hong Kong) Limited on Main Board of SEHK.

Guo Li, Deputy Director of Central Government HKSAR Office, Yan Rongzhu, member of Standing Committee of CPC Shandong Committee and Secretary of CPC Jinan Municipal Committee, Tan Chengyi, Director of SASA Shandong Commission, and Sun Xiaogang, Secretary of Jinan Municipal Committee attended the ceremony.

Sinotruk president Cai Dong and rest of the management members Wang Donghui, Wang Haotao, Wei Zhihai, Wang Guangxi, Tong Jingen, Wang Shanpo, Hu Zhenghuan, Lin Zhijun, Li Xianyun and Chen Zhengxian attended the ceremony.

Around 150 representatives from CICC and J.P. Morgan, and other sponsors and agencies together 15 institutions attended the ceremony.

Ms Sally Wu Xiao-li, Hong Kong Phoenix Satellite Television Chief News Anchor presided the ceremony.

Sinotruk Board Chairman Ma Chunji delivered a speech, and he said since the start for listing, we experienced wind and waves, now we are full of happiness of success and we have got a lot of deep tastes, but more is the meditation.  An ancient Chinese poet says: “To command a thousand mile view, Let’s go up one more flight”.  After the listing, based on this new platform, we will enhance its core competitiveness with rational operation, scientific development to quickly realize its strategic goal of becoming a domestic irreplaceable and world famous heavy truck manufacturer.  We have the company value “state-of-the-art product is made of morality, and the product is dedicated to the society”, the undertaking “obligations for customers, for investors and for employees”, and the guideline for activities “Scientific development, rational management, careful operation and pursuit for best return”.

We believe, with the hardworking and all-effort-in-management of the board, senior management and the staff, the support from society of all circles, sticking to establishment of modern enterprise mechanism with the world standards, the development of domestic and world markets, the establishment of mechanism of motivation and binding, the implementation of strategies of internationalization, technology leading ahead, high quality and low cost, and establishment of regional marketing network, the company shall develop itself both well and fast, better return will be reworded to the investors, a large and modern heavy truck manufacturer will be built that is suitable for requirement of internationalization.  The goal that Sinotruk became first class company domestically and be among world heavy truck manufacturers will be realized!

J.P. Morgan China Area Chairwoman Liu Xiaoyu congratulated warmly the listing of Sinotruk in her speech and she said the fast development and the listing today of Sinotruk have testified that Sinotruk is of a high-making team.  Especially, Mr. Ma Chunji has been widely recognized by the society for his excellent personality.  She would believe Sinotruk is to give better return to investors in the near future.

CICC Executive Director and General Manager Li Hong said in his speech that he has witnessed the process from low tide to fast development of Sinotruk in his four-year cooperation with Sinotruk, which seems by chance but by necessity.  Through the cooperation with Sinotruk, he felt deeply the fascination of Sinotruk.  The listing might put energy in wings of development to fly.  He wished Sinotruk be among top 500 companies in the world soon.

Ma Chunji presented souvenirs to 15 representatives of financial institutions including J.P. Morgan and CICC.
