On Mar 19, a delegation headed by Chen Qiong, deputy director of Non-Banking-Sector Department of China Banking Regulatory Commission, accompanied by deputy director of Shandong Banking Regulatory Bureau Liu Yueqin and persons of Non-Banking-Sector Department came to Sinotruk to have an investigation.
Accompanied by Wang Guangxi, vice president of Sinotruk (Hong Kong) Limited, the leaders of China Banking Regulatory Commission and Shandong Banking Regulatory Bureau (SBRB) visited the general assembly line and the cab welding line of Jinan Truck Company of Sinotruk and gave high evaluation to the development and the change of Sinotruk.
After the visiting, the leaders of CBRC and SBRB studied and discussed with management of Finance Company of Sinotruk and board members and supervisors in Jinan on the issue of how to make the Finance Company play the financial service role better in the production and operation of the company, and they communicated with the leaders of Sinotruk on the issue of how to make Sinotruk utilize and exert the functional effect of Finance Company well, and they put forward many good opinions and advice, meanwhile, they proposed the expectation and demand on how to make the Finance Company control and avoid risks during the operation.
