On February 16， the third day of the new year, leaders of the Group Corporation Ma Chunji, Cai Dong, Wei Zhihai, Wang Haotao, Wang Guangxi, Liu Rongjie, Yu Youde, Wang Shanpo, Liu Wei and Li Guoxian separated in two groups and went to Jinan Truck Co. , Ltd, Jinan Commercial Truck Co.,Ltd, Axle and Transmission Co.,Ltd, Special Truck Co.,Ltd, Gearbox Co.,Ltd, Casting and Forging Center, Components Manufacturing Department, Rubber Manufacturing Department etc, taking new year greeting and sending holiday blessing to employees.

This year, market situation of Sinotruk is good with large orders and products being in short supply. In order to make employees have a happy, peaceful and healthy new year, party group of the Group Corporation decided that without special case, all employees rest three days. On the third day of the New Year, though the festival atmosphere was thick, employees of Sinotruk had prepared well for producing with everywhere in a busy and harmonious scene.

In Jinan Commercial Truck Co.,ltd, Ma Chunji had a meeting with some leaders of subsidiary compamies. He said, today was the first working of this year, most employees returned to work and he expressed his appreciation and new year greeting to group workers; 2010 was the tenth year after reorganization as well as the key year of seizing opportunities and scientific development and judging from current situation, the company developed well with output in January breaking through 17,000 units and February establishing a new output record. This proved that facing difficulties, our cadres and workers held confidence and did well in work.

He said when market situation was good, leaders at all level should grasped every well; on the base of completing sales target, sales  department should establish net-working building and family-member service work well; producing department should enhance quality and costs control, realizing internationalization standard at work as well as Sinotruk speed, with every work getting splendid achievements.

In Jinan Truck Co.,ltd, Cai Dong had a short talk with leaders of subsidiary leaders. He analyzed heavy truck market this year, introduced the main targets of the company and the problems needed resolved and required everyone do well in the work to make a new output record in the history.
