On the morning of August 24, accompanying with rumble saluting guns and flying colored flowers, two red HOWO trucks slowly came into the new adjustment line of Jinan Truck Company General Assembly Plant and were driven on the board chain of heavy truck adjustment.  After more than one year’s construction and 20 days’ test run, the new adjustment checking line of General Assembly Plant operated formally.

The new adjustment checking line realizes the process flow of off-line trucks’ adjustment and checking procedure.  The truck to be checked is driven onto adjustment board chain from storage area to static state test which contains engine checking adjustment, adjustments relevant to cab reversal, transmission system checking adjustment and braking system checking adjustment etc 6 working positions, and after static state test the truck is driven to assembly checking line in south part of the adjustment area. After 6 working positions of scanning system, tail gas, rail load braking, the system realizes intelligent checking of ten key items including braking, skipping, speed, tail gas, light, and horn etc. In the process, the electronic screen of each working position shows the operation situation of the trucks any time, and when the truck is driven out of the line, the industrial control machine has processed and transmitted the checking data.

The formal operation of new adjustment checking line means the system reform in assembly, adjustment and checking of General Assembly Plant has come into the substantial stage, truck adjustment realizes new leap, and advanced production line mode makes adjustment workers farewell the working condition of “dirty clothes and hands”, showing new spirit image.
