On Dec 26, Sinotruk Group seriously held the New Type Launching Conference for Sinotruk HOWO Light Truck in Jinan. Leaders from Sinotruk Group including Ma Chunji and Cai Dong etc. attended the Conference and unveiled the new type.

Over 800 people including employees from cooperative units of Siontruk HOWO Light Truck such as dealing, services, sourcing and refitting etc, delegates of client, financing & investment organizations and correspondents participated in the Launching Ceremony

HOWO light truck is the top- and middle-end truck developed by Sinotruk on the basis of its own mature truck R & D technologies integrated with the actual conditions of China by the virtue of the absorption of international advanced technologies. The area of construction land of Sinotruk Jinan Light Truck Project is about 1 million㎡, with an annual productivity of 300,000 units after the project fully accomplished. The main products of Sinotruk Jinan Light Truck Sales Department will realize volume production at the beginning of 2012.

2012 Business Conference of Sinotruk Jinan Light Truck Department was held at the same time. Leaders from Sinotruk Ma Chunji and Cai Dong attended the Conference and gave speeches.

Ma Chunji said: the predecessor of Sinotruk Group Jinan Automotive Work manufactured the first domestic light truck “Red Flag”, with an annual production and sales volume of more than 200 units during 1956 and 1959, becoming one of the earliest domestic light truck mass production enterprises. Entering the field of light truck was an important part of the 12th Five-year Development Program of Sinotruk, being the strategic choice of the target of serialized commercial truck, and the growth pole of the realization of 12th Five-year Development Program and even long term development. Among the layout of light truck, Sinotruk Jinan Light Truck represented the future of domestic light truck industry. The realization of the development of light truck industry was the demand of Sinotruk confronting the competition. We firmly believe that the aim of the development of light truck industry of Sinotruk would be sure realized by the virtue of the hard struggle and dedication of the crew and the vigorous support and help from extensive cooperative units’ network.

The Conference emphasized the new products put out by Sinotruk in 2012 and the construction thoughts of marketing network, and entitled brands to the first batch of 386 signed network units such as Beijing Hetian Co., Ltd etc.
