The experience exchange meeting was hold for the national inspection and quarantine AA grade credit and industry quality integrity enterprises in Beijing on January 13. Altogether 130 outstanding enterprises selected from a national scale were awarded the title of "Inspection and Quarantine AA Grade Integrity Enterprise". SINOTRUKstands out from a host of excellent enterprises and becomes one of the first enterprises which have obtained the highest rating of national inspection and quarantine -- "Inspection and Quarantine AA Grade Integrity Enterprise". Representing "the national inspection and quarantine AA grade integrity enterprise", Chairman of the board Ma Chunji from SINOTRUK has given his prize acceptance speech.

In his prize acceptance speech, Ma Chunji said: "Integrity management is the lifeline and also the embodiments of comprehensive strength of enterprise". “Reviewing and summarizing the course of ten years of reform and development of SINOTRUK, we deeply realize that the reason why SINOTRUK was able to keep healthy development is the results of insisting on our own integrity system construction and improving the quality all the time”.

SINOTRUK is a cradle of China's heavy-duty automobile industry. Since the reform and reorganization in 2001, SINOTRUK has always taken the revitalizing of Chinese heavy truck industry upon itself and unswervingly insists on scientific development, emancipating thoughts, reform and innovation, so that a rapid and healthy development has been achieved. Compared to the year 2001, the main indicators have increased more than 40 times. Patents authorized were about 1,500 pieces. The number of patents was kept to be at the first place in the automotive industry continuously. The sale’s quantity in total is about 160,000 in the year 2011, of which the 21000 heavy duty vehicles were exported. Thus, another new record has been achieved. We are the number one among the complete vehicle export in heavy truck industry in China for 6 years.

In recent years, SINOTRUK has taken the construction of product quality system as top priority in our enterprise, striven to build a perfect integrity system and paid close attention to quality management

1. Insist on planning and developing simultaneously. At the time of drawing up the goals of "12th Five-Year Plan", SINOTRUK has established the aim of "Building up an enterprise with the annual production ability of one million commercial vehicles and striving for entering into the world's Fortune 500 companies", in the meantime, SINOTRUK has especially developed a quality development strategy, cleared the requirements that "SINOTRUK will reach the world advanced quality level and the construction of integrity system will synchronize with the international standards at the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan".

2. Carrying out the construction of high standard quality system in contrast with the world's advanced enterprise standard. In recent years, SINOTRUK has learned the advanced quality management concepts of company MAN from Germany in overall level and established a research center of enterprise quality technology. In the production process, altogether 127 Quality Gates have been established, 295 high-quality "goalkeepers" selected, 38 production lines standardized for Takt Time Management. The worksite management level has been improved significantly. In the area of management, the management has been strengthened, technique processes have been detailed and product compliance and consistency level improved constantly by means of informatization. Through vigorously promoting of lean management, a good situation of the active improving, enhancing and standardizing has emerged. To strengthen the supply chain management, develop the strategic partnerships with the good reputation and better quality supplier according to the plan.  After upgrading, SINOTRUK has formed a new type of quality management system which has reached the international advanced level and in line with its own characteristics of enterprise.

3. To give the priority to guarantee the quality inputs regardless of cost. In the past five years, SINOTRUK has invested 14.6 billion RMB for the technological innovation, therein, 72% of investment involves in the quality improvement, and the investment highlight will be gradually transferred to the quality improvement.

4. Positively to assume more social responsibilities of sincere construction. In recent years, SINOTRUK has been in cooperationwith industry association actively to initiative the forming of industry integrity union so that it has played a crucial role in enhancing the quality level of integrity, actively undertaking the task of formulating the national standards so that altogether 24 of mandatory standards and industry-standards have been drawn up.

5. To create a quality culture with the characteristics of SINOTRUK. A series of the integrity quality concepts with the characteristics of SINOTRUK, such as "Insisting on people oriented, honest SINOTRUK," "Using moral quality to create competitive products, with competitive products to contribute society," "To long ambition, make great effort, manufacture competitive products, create success," have been formed and these shall be gradually transformed into a conscious action of employees, quality awareness of the staff shall be constantly increased so that a solid foundation has been established for the development of enterprises.

In recent years, SINOTRUK is accredited by the relevant state ministries and by the domestic and foreign market in the working area of quality management. In addition to the winning of the title of "Inspection and Quarantine AA grade credit enterprise", it has been awarded with one after another titles of "Export base enterprise of complete automobile in China", "Famous Chinese Trademark", "Export exempt from customs examination" and "Chinese famous brand".

"Inspection and Quarantine AA Grade Integrity Enterprise" is the highest level increased for the good faith excellent enterprise based on the A, B, C, D four integrity grades evaluation set for the import and export enterprises by State Administration for Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine in 2011.  Companies which have won this kind of title will also get more preferential facilitate policy granted by the State.

Vice Chairman of CPPCC Li Jinhua, former Vice Chairman of CPPCC Wang Zhongyu, former Vice Chairman of CPPCC He Luli attended the meeting, AQSIQ Minister Zhi Shuping, the famous economist Li Yining attended the meeting and made a speech.

AQSIQ Minister Zhi Shuping said that the Party Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to the construction of social credit in recent years, and the work of quality is an important part of the construction of social credit. The state should vigorously promote the propaganda education of quality and select and build up a batch of representatives of talking about quality and high-quality, try their best to create a favorable atmosphere of "Government attaches importance to quality, corporate pursuits quality, society advocates quality, and everyone concerns about the quality". The common features of these 130 of inspection and quarantine of AA grade integrity enterprises are grasping quality, honoring credibility, valuing responsibility and fulfilling promise.

It is said that another 345 companies were awarded the title of "Industry quality integrity enterprise" at the conference.
